We take ceramic packaging very seriously, but if the goods arrive damaged or have manufacturing defects, please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Please provide your order number and clear photos or video evidence of the damage.

After assessment and approval by our support team, we will arrange a replacement or refund. To ensure a quick resolution, we may not always require you to return damaged goods, but we reserve the right to do so if necessary.
