This shipping policy outlines how orders placed through Dailyseasoningjar are processed, shipped, and delivered to customers in Europe. We are committed to ensuring a transparent and reliable shipping experience and complying with applicable consumer protection laws in the UK and the European Economic Area (EEA).
Shipping Area
We currently only offer shipping services to select countries and regions within Europe. The shipping area and specific courier options will be accurately displayed at checkout based on your destination country.
Order Processing Time
- All orders undergo a standard processing and quality inspection period of 1 to 3 business days before being handed over to the carrier.
- Orders will be processed and shipped in the order they are received.
- Once the package is delivered to the courier company, a delivery confirmation email containing the official tracking number will be automatically sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Transit time: Estimated delivery time is 5 to 12 business days from the official shipping date.
- Total Delivery Time: Please note that total delivery time = processing time (1-3 days) + transit time (5-12 days).
- Our Carriers: To maintain high service standards, we partner with reputable international express networks, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS Priority services, to ensure your ceramic products are handled properly.
General Delivery Milestones:

(2) Transportation through regional logistics and customs sorting centers
(3) Arrival at customs/sorting facilities in the destination country
(4) Final delivery to the address you provided
(5) Tracking and Delivery Updates
After your order is shipped, tracking information will be dynamically updated. Customers can monitor the shipment’s progress in real time via the carrier tracking link provided in our automatically sent email updates, gaining complete control over the delivery from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Delayed Delivery and Excessive Transit Time
While the vast majority of shipments arrive on time, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance delays, severe weather, or carrier operational backlogs.
If your package does not arrive on time, please contact our customer service team. We will formally inquire with the courier company. If the carrier confirms the package is lost or severely delayed, we will immediately arrange a full replacement or a full refund.
Accuracy of Delivery Address
- All orders are shipped strictly according to the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that all address information (including house number, street name, postal code, and telephone number) is accurate and complete.
- Once order processing begins, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.
- Shipping Location: To optimize delivery speed and ensure sufficient stock, orders will be shipped from our centralized international logistics center.
Undeliverable, Refused, or Returned Goods
If goods are deemed undeliverable and returned due to incorrect/incomplete address information provided by the customer, or due to repeated refusals or unclaimed items, the following terms apply:
- The customer will bear any additional costs incurred for re-delivery.
- If the customer chooses to cancel the order after the goods are returned due to an incorrect address, the refund amount will be reduced by the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees charged by the courier company.
